FROM CELLULAR TO CIRCUIT AND BRAIN FUNCTIONS
PASSING THROUGH MATHEMATICAL MODELS

Travel support is available for selected participants among PhD students, post-docs, and young investigators from India. Please contact the organizers before June 15, 2013 should you be interested in travel support. The travel support covers food and air or rail ticket costs may be covered in full or in part depending on funding. Participants are however encouraged to utilize their own grant support for ticket costs. International participants are strongly urged to contact the organizers quickly to expedite visa processing. We will cover accommodation for some participants on request-basis depending on funding.
All selected candidates are permitted to travel by train (third AC) in shortest possible route and Amrita University will pay this amount. Transportation will be provided from Kochi train or bus station to Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS). Please inform us the travel info. by 10th July by email to arrange your transportation.
All participants will be staying in sharing basis in AIMS guest house or hostel. Registration and food for all are taken care of by the organizers. We will cover the accommodation expenses for select participants on the basis of funding.
This workshop will leverage the complementary and diverse research interests of international and national experts in a very specialized aspect of Neuroscience: “From Cellular to Circuit and Brain Functions: Passing through Mathematical Models”.
